Basic Design *

A basic ID Card design includes photo, employee name, employee ID number and company logo.

Custom Design **

Speak with a local designer live on the phone for as long as you need. Custom designs start at (and rarely exceed) $125. We will work with you to create a customized card layout. Additional Features Available include backgrounds, Employee ID field, Department etc... available. Design proof available upon request. Physical ID Sample available upon request.

On Site Digital Photography ***

We come to your location to take employee photos. Our onsite photo service is usually limited to New England and Greater NYC however there may be an additional fee for photo shoots beyond 50 miles from Boston or beyond 30 miles from NYC. We provide a backdrop and the camera equipment - you provide parking and a suitable location to snap some pix! For larger projects, we need a table to set up a laptop for use in image capture. We are happy to review the photos with you before we depart. Up to 50 Photos - additional charge for larger photo shoots.

How It Works

1. Design & Optional Sample

We will design an ID card to your specifications. Our standard ID Card design includes employee photo, employee name, your logo and company name. Email proofs are provided at no charge upon request.

2. Onsite Photo Shoot - or- Provide your own Pix

Provide your own photos or have our digital photographer come onsite to take all employee photos.

Please allow for 15 minutes of set up time prior to photo shoot
Please provide a well lit room with one chair.
Client to provide photographer parking or we can invoice for local parking (garage or lot).
Onsite photography limited to NY, NJ and New England
